Frequently Asked Questions
Airfare is not included in the price of the safari’s. You can typically find great flights to Tanzania (Kilimanjaro (JRO) or Arusha (ARK) airports) by booking out 6 months ahead of time.
All rates are per person and based on double occupancy. We will provide discounts for groups of 6, 12, or 18 as we are able to negotiate better hotel rates.
*There are discounts for children under 12.
You will need a passport and a tourist visa. Once your trip is booked, we will send you the address information to use for your visa application. Your visa will be good for 1 year. We also recommend travel insurance, but that is up to you.
Anyone! Of course you should self-identify your level of fitness or get a doctors approval the hiking tour, but our tourse are designed to meet everyones level of adventure! If you need ADA accessibility, please let us know so that we may discuss how to best prepare for you. We will be in the bush!
